RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Artists2Collectors.

All of our limited edition prints are made to order. Each print is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because every item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong artwork

  • Ordering the wrong frame or finish

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A photograph of the shipping label or barcode

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds or replacements cannot be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect artwork selected

  • Incorrect frame or finish selected

  • Normal colour variations caused by different monitors

  • Minor print placement or production tolerances

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase.

If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS OF ORIGINALS?

Our policy here at Magic Peter Art Inc., we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase of originals, please contact us here  and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. Someone from our office will contact you to see how we can help. There’s a 15% restocking fee plus shipping that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged.
