Ten days on the Kichi Zibi Flood Plain.
Every spring the river takes the plain back. The ice lets go, the water climbs into the trees, and for a little while the floor of the woods is all sky. These pieces were made inside that window — printed on aluminum, editioned, and finished before the water fell again.
