By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

Our print artwork is produced on demand.

Minor variations in colour, texture, framing, and finish may occur due to the printing process and different display screens.

These variations are not considered defects.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud prevention

  • Product availability

  • Payment issues

Pricing

Prices may change without notice.

Taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where applicable.

Made-to-Order Products

Because every print artwork is custom produced:

  • Orders cannot usually be changed after production begins.

  • Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

  • Incorrect size, frame, or artwork selections cannot be exchanged.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, logos, text, and designs on this website are protected by copyright.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limited Edition Prints

Where applicable, limited edition prints are produced only up to the stated edition size.

If included, Certificates of Authenticity will be mailed out separately for eligible print artworks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magic Peter Art Inc. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or its products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Artist2Collectors operates in Ontario, Canada..

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
