Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Each artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 5–10 business days  
United States: 7–14 business days  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

 

Packaging

All artworks are packaged with appropriate protective materials based on size and medium to ensure safe delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

 

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to modify addresses after processing. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.
