All print artwork is produced after your order has been placed. Originals are shipped from inventory,

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 1–3 business days.

Some orders may require up to 4–7 business days, depending on:

• Print size

• Frame selection

• Product type

• Production facility workload

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Shipping Delays

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please wait an additional 2–3 business days.

If it still has not arrived, contact us with:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Tracking number

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs of:

• The damaged artwork

• Packaging

• Shipping label

Customs & Duties (U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
