Heroes

Aging is not for sissies. It is a series of heroic battles, memories, growing legacies, increased wisdom, and follies. We may get a shock looking at the person hiding in our walls when we look at the mirror, but it's all good. We ourselves are made of changing energy that is neither created nor destroyed just transformed.

In the fray we find stolen moments in which to live wildly and boldly like battlefield heroes, us against them, even if just for one day,
