Howling at the COVID Moon Original

Late at night, in the middle of yet another winter COVID lockdown, the full moon was shining through the barred basement window. 

Many claim heightened awareness during the full moon, but that has not been my experience. 

The first thing to go for me during the COVID lockdowns was the illusion of planning. Predictability. Poof it disappeared.

The second thing to manifest was the stress of social isolation, and the stress of 24/7 living with the same family members. It is different from being alone. It has its unique stress points. 

So there we are, canvas and paint on a full moon. The heart says try something different, and the paint followed. The full moon came out in the painting and so did the wolf, and we all howled at the full moon together.
